From the moment my husband and I first toured this venue when it was nothing more than an empty building with no rooms, no ceiling, no finishes- I knew it was going to be extraordinary. I'm not someone who usually envisions the final picture, but somehow Memories on the Hill made it effortless. Even in its earliest stages, I could see the beauty it was destined to become. The big red barn is breathtaking, full of rustic charm and warmth. The ceremony space overlooking the Kalamazoo River is absolutely stunning- a peaceful, natural backdrop that feels straight out of a dream. The fall colors that surrounded us was lovely. What truly sets this venue apart, are the owners. They are kind, helpful, attentive and genuinely invested in making your day everything you've hoped for. They made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. From the bride and groom rooms to the bar and kitchen area, I couldn't have aaked for better. They let us decorate however we wanted and they set up the chairs at our ceremony site for us. We had roughly 130 people and it felt comfortable inside. Memories on the Hill lives up to its name.
